Singing the praise of Baba Vishwanath with extraordinary energy, passion and devotion. This is the Shayan Aarti at Kashi Vishwanath temple in Varanasi. In an electrifying environment, the ordinary devotees assemble in the court of Baba Vishwanath every night at 10 o’clock to sing his praise. This is people’s aarti. The priests set up Lord Vishwanath’s bed and put his slippers and even water near his bed. After Lord Vishwanath goes to sleep, the temple is closed and the devotees return home free of worries and worldly concerns and full of hope and positive energy.
